Well, it's kinda simple, really.
First, go into any board. It can be the Help Center, Pokémon RP, etc. etc... Then, at the very top you'll see Create Thread. Click on that, type whatever you're gonna type, then click Create Bottom at the bottom. Boom, done! Thread created!
However, if you want to post, go into a thread that isn't locked. You'll know if it's locked if it had a lock sign by it. At the bottom of the page, there'll be a white text box. Click on it and begin typing whatever you want to. Once you're done with your post, click Post. Boom! You have posted on a thread! Fun, right?
